Content is key when it comes to building your audience. It’s essential for building trust and establishing yourself as an expert.

I truly believe It’s the most powerful, affordable and most effective ways to get found and to stay relevant.

You need to connect, keep visible, and create a deeper relationship before they’re ready to work or buy from you. And this is the main reason for creating a content strategy.

Also, please plan how often you’re going to connect with your target audience through a Facebook Group or IG. Are you publishing daily? Twice a week?

Creating a content strategy is not easy and there are many decisions to make and put in place before you start.

Engage with your audience

Whatever option you choose, I recommend a publication of at least once a week. You can choose to communicate via a written blog post, a video, or a podcast episode. This will be up to your personal preference, but try to be consistent.
Also, plan how you’re going to show up with your target audience through a Facebook Group or IG. Are you publishing daily? Twice a week?

Create a content calendar

Create a content calendar that you’ll use as a guideline through the next 6-12 months. Include what kind of content you’ll be delivering weekly (social media, blogs, podcasts, and newsletters).
Also, include niche-specific holidays, launches, and promotions you’ll be running through the year.

Attract traffic to your website

Getting yourself on Pinterest, podcasts, and interviews will introduce you to a new community of audiences.
For example, you can set a goal of pitching for 1-3 interviews or guest posts per month so you can start gaining visibility. Choose subjects that are appealing to your audience and where you can show your expertise.

Product reviews

Send samples or products to bloggers, websites, and media outlets as an exchange for their review. Choose brands that your ideal client is interested in and that you share the same values and that can be complementary to your product or service. Referrals and reviews are one of the best ways you can promote your products or services.
